Shipping, Handling And Delivery Schedule

Sometimes, certain items cannot be supplied on a timely basis, due to unprecedented demand. However, we do ask that you allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery of your product, in order not to be disappointed, if the product delivery is time-sensitive (for birthdays, holidays, etc).

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will accept returns from you, excluding postage, if you are not happy with your purchase, within 15 days of delivery to you. However, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items, if the original packaging has been opened: Condoms, Dongs, Pumps, Self-Stimulators, Underwear and Vibrators. Any defective product will also be exchanged or refunded. If returning goods, please obtain a certificate of posting. There will be no exchanges of Video, CD-ROM or DVD purchases, unless the original product was defective. We do not rent. Any other products will be gladly exchanged provided the original order is returned with the exception of those products previously mentioned in the paragraph above.
